## 0.2.9 browser mail UX
- Initial synchronization no longer emits new-mail toasts. Realtime notifications are armed after the authenticated application is open.
- Bulk move/copy/archive/junk/delete operations suppress destination-folder `NewMessages` notifications generated by the operation itself and keep the single bulk summary toast.
- Browser/system modifier shortcuts are preserved; RustBox mail shortcuts use unmodified single keys.
- Mailbox pages default to 300 messages and the API/preferences accept values up to 300.
- No runtime schema migration is added; V049 remains next.
