No SQLite or saved-configuration migration is required. Version 0.26.2 changes only administration/log-explorer behavior and account-scoped view preferences. Existing JSONL and RAW log files remain readable, and old Stored Logs filter query parameters remain accepted by the API for compatibility even though the dashboard now uses one query field.
