The account-scoped option is **off by default**, keeps text labels as the accessible source of meaning, follows the current theme via `currentColor`, and can be disabled without changing the original control layout or behavior.
 - **Polling API:** `GET /api/cache`, `GET /api/transform` and `GET /api/traffic` now accept `view=live` for lightweight periodic refreshes. The default response remains the complete backward-compatible payload. Live responses carry the configuration `revision`, and the panel automatically reloads static data when that revision changes.
