+- Fix managed ACME issuance/renewal after the 0.27.1 private-Python change: Certbot is now launched through the final managed interpreter (`acme-python/bin/python -m certbot`) instead of the pip console script whose absolute shebang still referenced the temporary `acme-python.installing` path after the atomic directory rename.
+- Validate managed Certbot through the same module-based launch path, so already-created 0.27.1 environments recover immediately after upgrade without deleting or rebuilding `/var/lib/rustproxy/acme-python`.
+- Keep the distribution Certbot fallback unchanged for systems where the managed environment cannot be used.
+- Keep SQLite schema 8 and the saved configuration format unchanged.
