+- Fix PHP-FPM response truncation with gzip, Brotli, Zstd and deflate in native Web Server mode: fuse the FastCGI response stream so compression can safely poll after EOF without a Tokio worker panic.

Remove duplicate stderr entries while file logging works; fall back to stderr if the file cannot be written or the bounded queue is full.
