Current direction: 0.28.0 -> 0.28.1
- [x] Allow manual certificate entries to reference an absolute external certificate path and absolute external private-key path.
- [x] Resolve Certbot-style `live/` symlinks on every reload while preserving bounded PEM parsing, regular-file checks and private-key permission checks.
- [x] Keep targeted certificate reload revision-stable so renewal wrappers can call `POST /api/certificates/{certificate_id}/reload` after renewing external files.
- [x] Preserve managed `<data-dir>/certs` filenames and reject mixed managed/external pairs.
