- Fixes Visual Flow `zone_thermostat` OFF semantics: `power=false` now powers the assigned unit off without setting the persistent Zone `enabled` flag to false.
- Keeps the Zone available for subsequent Flow/schedule evaluation after an OFF action while preserving the existing explicit physical OFF command and ownership checks.
- Preserves backward-compatible `power=true` recovery of Zones left disabled by older Flow executions.

- Persists the evaluated Flow trigger trace whenever a Flow-generated automation executes or reaches a failed execution attempt, so the trigger context reflects the values from that exact moment instead of current live readings.
